Due to the handmade nature of our piece(s), all orders that are delivered are final in sale. Orders that are delivered defective and/or damaged are eligible for exchange. Please note that Client/Customer has 5 business days after order(s) are delivered to report any issues with order(s) to thekwcollections@outlook.com. Please include the following information:

If defective and/or damaged piece(s) are accepted, there will be a prepaid shipping label provided to the email on profile or on client/customer order to send the defective and/or damaged piece(s) back. The email containing the prepaid shipping label will also contain the course of corrective actions on our behave to ensure client/customer satisfaction.
