A full refund is provide to orders that have not yet shipped. Please note that we reserves the right to refuse service based on evidence of abuse of the " No Questions Asked " refund policy.
After the Order has shipped, a refund is only allowed if the order has been made incorrectly to the specifics of the order details. Please note that Clients/Customers have 5 business days after delivery to report any issues with the order to thekwcollections@outlook.com. Please include the following information in email: ~ First and last name on order ~ Order number ~ Photos/Video of issue ~ Written explanation of issue.
Once incorrect order refund is accepted, there will be a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions provided to the email on profile or Client/Customer order to send the incorrect piece(s) back. Your refund will be initiated on our end immediately after the conformation of our error. Please note that if we do not receive the piece(s) back after initiating the refund on our end, we serve the right to refuse service thereafter.
