Every purchased piece comes with a warranty for the lifetime of the piece. The warranty includes:
~ Repair to fabric of piece(s)
~ Repair/Replacement of hardware, patches, embroidered work
~ Size adjustments/alterations up or down to piece(s)
To initiate the warranty services on any of your piece(s), please visit our " the service form" page. Customers/Clients will be responsible for a service fee that will be communicated in our email response to your service form submittal, along with a prepaid shipping label, all shipping instructions, time lengths, and plans of action for repairs. Please note we reserve the right to void the warranty and refuse services if the brand tag has been removed from the piece, there appears to be intentional damage outside of natural wear and launder, and/or any modifications/alterations have been preformed on the piece outside of our service process.
